A product is considered defective if it exhibits manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

    • Tears or holes in the fabric

    • Stains or discoloration

    • Missing components (e.g., blouse pieces or accessories included in the product description)

    • Significant damage that renders the product unusable

Note: Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

2. Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

    • The replacement request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) intact.

    • The product must not have been altered, washed, or used beyond inspection.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for the defective product.

Upon receiving and verifying the defective product, paato.in will ship the replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.

5. Time Frames

Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

After receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, we aim to process and ship the replacement within 10 business days.
